TaylorMadeCards4U Vintage Christmas!

Hello, fellow crafters! It's time once again to share with you a couple of new projects...cards, actually....using digital papers from TaylorMadeCards4UFor these cards, I used the Vintage Wrapping Paper Kit and the Angel Passport Kit.

I thought I'd try something a little different, using the wrapping paper set. I wanted to make a 3D pop up Christmas card. Here is the outside of the card:

 Now for the inside:
I remember as a child, how excited I was to see packages under the tree! There were 5 children in our family...so there was always a lot of noise opening up those gifts on Christmas morning! And then we had to check out each other's gifts to see what we each got. And it was especially more exciting to see snow on the ground...time to go out and play! (Especially to throw snowballs at each other!) Which brings me to this card, using the angel passport kit.

I love the vintage feel of this card! I used kraft paper just to add to the vintage look of the card, and distressed the edges with Distress Ink Oxide Walnut Stain. Adding the twine around the edge of the photo, really added that final touch to the card. This is probably one of my favorite kits.

Here are the Promo Sheets so you can see what all are in these two kits:
What a great time I had making these cards! I hope that these will give you inspiration to create some of your own. Be sure to check out the shop for more inspiration! And thank you so much for stopping by!

Blessings,

  1. The pop up card is such a fun surprise on the inside and what a beautiful cover you created with the Angle PPK! The quilted embossing is a nice touch. I'm the oldest of five and Christmas is still crazy at my parents' house when we all get together!
