Challenge #277 ~ Anything Goes w/twist "Flowers for Mom"

Hello there, all you crafty people! This month we began another new Challenge, #277, over at Crafty Gals Challenges This one is with the twist of Flowers for Mom. Of Course, you can do any card or papercraft, but we always have a twist for you if you choose to do so! I went with the Flowers for Mom. Here is my card:

I love using embossing folders. They give a really good dimension to the card. And if you wanted, you can add color to it. This time I decided no color.

So of course I cut and folded my base for the card, then I add a pink paper for mounting, size 4"x5 1/4", then took a white piece of 3"x3 3/4" and that's when I did my embossing. Before I mounted all of them together, I put my white piece into an embossing folder and then through my machine.

I then mounted a white strip of paper onto the pink paper, giving it a sentiment first. I finished the card by added the roses to the top of the card. And that's all there was to it!

Be sure you go to the Crafty Gals blog and enter into our monthly challenge! And share with your friends too!
