Guest Designer Project for TaylorMadeCards4U - Envelope Mini-Album

Hello, fellow crafters! Thank you so much for stopping in! Today I'm excited to share with you a project that I did as a Guest Designer for TaylorMadeCards4U.comWhat a beautiful set of papers I got to work with - My Mother's Garden Digital Kit! I also want to mention that TaylorMadeCards4U are also sponsoring Crafter's Castle Challenges for the month of April!

Below is a video on how I made this album:

My mother has been gone over 30 years now, so this brought a little joy, a few tears to my eyes, in remembering my mother. And one of the things I remember the most about my mom, was that she absolutely LOVED roses! She had rose bushes everywhere! She never ever used any kind of chemical on them to make them grow....they just grew in abundance!

Before my mom passed away, we drove by her house and there was not one rose on any of the bushes (we were stationed at an Army base at the time). The next thing I heard was my mom exclaiming..."Oh! My roses!" and I thought, oh no, she's going to be sad because there aren't any roses....and the next statement she made threw me for a loop. She said, "Aren't they beautiful!?"

I truly believe this was God allowing her to see her roses that she cherished one last time, as she went on to Heaven 2 weeks later. What a memory for me! So I dedicate this project to my Mom and rose lovers everywhere! I hope this will inspire you to create too!

Be sure to check out Monica's new shop as she has moved from Etsy. TAYLORMADECARDS4U
Although I didn't use the layered rose sheet, I will be soon!

I hope that you find this inspirational and that you will come back for more inspiration!
